We got a rat in the garage and needed help promptly. We called multiple places but none could come until 4 days later or our calls end up in voice-mail without returning our calls (despite calling at their office hours). Top Line was able to accommodate and came by same day. He arrived on time, laid the necessary traps and explained how to choose the entrance points. We got our peace of mind back.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I called in the morning and he was out right away to set trap up, the trap went off but didn’t get it however he came out right away to set it back up. Caught on the third day! I highly recommend calling Javaid. Thank you!

Ant Man to the rescue!I chose to call Top Line Pest Control, based on the great reviews, and I’m glad I did! I’m happy to add another 5 stars here.Javaid was very quick to respond, (he came out to assess our ant problem the same day I called!) We booked Javaid to come back the following week. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He takes the time to explain things, and offers very fair and honest pricing. (Our ant problem is challenging because we can’t determine the nest location inside the roof. Javaid treated the areas we believe ants are emerging, but he didn’t charge the full cost of his original quote because he wasn’t entirely satisfied we had located the direct source of the ants. I thought that was so kind and honest of him, and I really appreciated it).We will definitely call Javaid at Top Line Pest Control again when we need to! Thank you for your great service.-Lisa

Javad is excellent. We called him on a Saturday we noticed we might have mice in the kitchen, and he came in the afternoon right away to help us set traps and poisons in our house. He did an inspection and set up all the traps. Efficient and price very reasonable.After a week ish we do see rodent issue in kitchen is easing, but we heard some sound from our attics, so we called him right away. He came in that evening and help us do an attic inspection... and actually didn't even ask to be paid. That's really crazy.He also provided us a lot of tips in cleaning and keeping the rodents away, which I also found crazy since this actually doesn't help his business... but it shows his character that he really does what's good for his customers. I hope I don't need to call another pest control again except for replenish the traps, but if I need one I know who to call!

Excellent service and value , Javad was on time and able to accommodate me quickly as I had a rodent problem I needed dealt with . Very thorough, laid traps and poison . Problem rodents gone in 4 days . Subsequent visit 6 months to replenish poison , again service was excellent and very reasonable.

I reached out to Top Line for a critter problem our strata pest control contractor had not been able to address for some time. Yakub was very prompt in responding and quickly came to take a look at the issue. He took his time in looking around the property to see what the root of the problem was and found the issue that others had missed (or did not care to look for). He explained things very well and and it shows he has extensive knowledge in pest control. Because of the time he took to find the problem and find the right solution, the critter problem is now gone. I would recommend his services to anyone.

We called him to get rid of bedbugs in one bedroom, he came on time and after inspection he treated the infected area. He did a very good job. Very responsible price. We are happy with his work and recommended him to anyone trying to get rid of pest I thier home.

Called Mr Javid and he came that day right on time. I left him the key he sprayed the home and locked up. Next couple days some critters still roaming around Mr Javid came back no questions asked. Great service

My mom had bed bugs in her room and it was so stressful and difficult to get rid of. We had another pest guy (who was ineffective and more expensive) come in 4 times and there was still activity. Finally, I found Javaid on google and he was amazing and effective! I had so many questions that he patiently answered which gave me confidence in his services. He was very thorough and sprayed everything! We were very happy with the service and the cost. His price is VERY reasonable. I price comped other places and was very lucky to have found him. This is an AMAZING pest control company. One day I noticed a noise in my wall which didn't go away for a couple of weeks. Then I called a pest control company and they gave me appointment for 2 weeks later. I called Top Line (Javaid) on a Tue and he gave me an appointment for inspection on Thu. When dealing for pests and insects who wants to wait for 2 more weeks??? Javaid explained everything on the phone. He showed up on time. He did a thorough inspection of exterior of my house, attic and crawl space. He found that I have rats around my property and I potentially have carpenters ants issue. He explained every single step what he is doing during inspection and why he is doing. He recommended the most effective and cost efficient way to eliminate the issues. He gave me an extremely fair and decent price. He wasn't in a rush to finish my work and leave. A couple of days later a rat was caught and since he was doing some work for my neighbor, he helped me and removed the rat. A BIG thanks to Javaid, because I was terrified to put a dead rat in a plastic bag. He doesn't recommend you unnecessary things, just to sell you something. I will for sure keep using Top Line in the future and will recommend him 100% to my friends and families. If you are reading this review, it's possibly because you are looking for a pest control company. Look NO FURTHER, you are in the right place. Just call Top Line and you will be in great hands.

Phoned a few other pest control companies and he was the only one that could come and not have it a week out before they got there. Had either a rat or squirrel in the narrow roof attic and Javaid solved it using one way gates so that they left and couldn't get back in. Prompt service much appreciated.

Mr. Yaqub did an amazing job on dealing with rat issues in our basement. He did thorough cleaning and provided us with a very reasonable quote. He also responded very quickly when we had to get rid of a dead rat from the basement and didn't even charge us for the job. Excellent service and reasonable prices!!!!

My girlfriend called quite a few places New Year's eve day nobody could come, these people agreed to come later that day they showed up at the time agreed.When they guy came into the house to look around he was surprisingly through.The guy set several boxes and bait and explained everything he was doing.The price seemed very fair for the time he spent and product that was placed.I would recommend this business to anyone having rodent problems!
